Lamia Baradah is a Saudi human capital leader based in Riyadh. Since November 2023 she has been Director of Human Capital & Global Partnerships at Avalon Pharma, where she leads digital transformation, company culture and the human capital strategy. She sits on the company's Behavioural Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and coordinates — and takes part in — its Leadership & Coaching Programme with Georgetown University.
Over 17 years she has worked across government, banking, pharmaceutical and private organisations, including the Royal Commission for AlUla, where she headed community engagement and partnerships, and Dalni Business Center, where she led partnerships and development, alongside senior HR and talent acquisition roles since 2008.
She holds the PMP certification and a certification in UAE labour, workers and immigration law, and has completed programmes at Harvard Business School, the Center for Creative Leadership and Macquarie University. She writes about human capital in the Saudi market from a practitioner's point of view.
